Can a H2-B without a health insurance have a baby in the country (been working in the country 2 yrs now got pregnant) want to know what I can do
There are no laws preventing you from giving birth in the United States, so you may do so if that is what you would like.
However, there are no visitors plan that will cover for regular maternity related expenses or childbirth, though some plans do offer coverage for Complications of Pregnancy within the first 26 Weeks. Therefore if you would like to give birth in the US, be prepared to pay fully out of pocket for those expenses.
It would be recommended to take insurance through you or your partners work, or check your eligibility for domestic insurance at HeathCare.gov or through a local insurance provider.
